The opening keynote speaker – David Rowan

We are excited to announce the inspiring expert on technology trends and corporate innovation – David Rowan, as our opening keynote speaker on e-Governance Conference! His knowledge and understanding of trends in the fields of consumer behavior, the digital technologies, social commerce and media have allowed him to become one of the most sought-after speakers on the conference stages.

David was an editor-in-chief of the UK edition of WIRED magazine from launch in 2009 to February 2017. He constantly travels to investigate the companies and entrepreneurs changing our world, and came to spend time with the founders of WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google, Spotify, Xiaomi, Nest and countless other disruptive startups from Tel Aviv to Shenzhen.

He is author of Non-Bullshit Innovation: Radical Ideas from the World’s Smartest Minds, which has been published in Japan, Korea, Russia and beyond. A carefully curated selection of stories in this book reveal ideas for creating genuine innovation from some of the world’s most inspiring leaders. It is about a story of transformation: how an organisation has found a new way of doing things through innovation driven by ruthless entrepreneurial imagination.

Besides, David has written the regular columns in GQ, Condé Nast Traveller, Campaign, The Times and The Guardian and hosts a new podcast series about tech founders called Walks With Founders.
