In Estonia we are quite relaxed about evening attires. If you need a guidance, then casual elegant evening wear would be a good choice. Men can – but don’t have to – wear a jacket i.e. you don’t necessarily need a white shirt and tie. Women can wear casual evening dresses or a nice trousers with a blouse. If you wish to walk to the Gala Dinner location, please remember to wear comfortable shoes.
